As well as being our Shiatsu practitioner, Anneke has been running the Biodynamic Garden at Camserney with her team since 2014.

The aims of the voluntary group are to increase the production of biodynamic vegetables, herbs and flowers on an acre of organic land in rural Perthshire for sale and consumption by local communities, to promote an understanding of innovative, biodynamic methods and provide vulnerable people in our community with the skills, support and space to train, volunteer and work.

In the process they are creating a beautiful and peaceful space for local people to be and tourists to visit. They have provided volunteering opportunities for people from Corbenic Camphill Community, the Wellbeing Support Team, individual disabled people and delivered three workshops on Biodynamic Preparation.

They are committed to helping local communities to eat well and to have a choice in the fresh food they buy as well as promoting biodynamic gardening as an environmentally sound choice, ‘chemical free’, for land and garden.

To find out more about the garden or the veg. box scheme, or to arrange a visit, ring Anneke on 07746 11 77 62.

There is a regular, free drop-in monthly Mindfulness practice group, with Catriona McCaw on the 1st Monday of every month at Dalweem, Aberfeldy between 6-30 and 8-30pm. This is a great opportunity for some support with practice, to make some space in our busy lives.
It is open to everyone whether they have experience of mindfulness or are just curious. Alison can put you in touch with Catriona for more information.
